Managing Partner Arwel Griffith is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having been admitted to the fellowship by achievement. In May 2003 he became President of the Association of Building Engineers, the leading body dealing in the technology of buildings in England and Wales.

Arwel has assisted the government with the Home Information Packs initiative playing a leading role in the development of the scheme as a member of the Housing Strategy Forum. He is a regular contributor to the media writing articles for the national and trade press and appearing on national television and radio. Amongst many of Arwel’s projects over the years was his involvement in the reconstruction of the Iranian Embassy back in the 1980’s.
