Partner Jon Welch, qualified over 25 years ago and is a fellow of the RICS. He has developed substantial experience in the field of valuation, survey and development appraisal work on residential and commercial property in and around Greater London and the South East of England.

His client base includes various lending institutions, Housing Associations on the acquisition and condition of their housing stock, private clients and management companies with substantial property portfolios.

Jon and fellow Partner Arwel Griffith, have been together for over 15 years. Both have taken active roles in driving the partnership forward helping to create a large and established client portfolio. Both are also involved in the training and encouragement of the surveyors, many of whom are also Fellows of the RICS.
